For anything about this website, you can email us at [email protected]. That includes questions about how the site works, feedback, and corrections. If something on the site is wrong or out of date, we want to know, and we will fix it.
We are not the electricity company
EasyBillCheck is an independent website. We are not PITC and we are not your electricity company, so we cannot fix billing problems, change the name on a bill, or take complaints about your electricity service. Those things can only be handled by your own DISCO, through the official channels below.
Where to complain about your bill or service
If your bill looks wrong, or you have a problem with your connection, these are the official channels:
- Your DISCO subdivision office. The office name is printed on your bill. This is the place that can correct a bill, update a name, or check your meter.
- The official PITC complaint portal at ccms.pitc.com.pk, where you can file a complaint online and track it.
- Phone and SMS. You can call 118 to register a complaint, or send an SMS to 8118.
