Privacy Policy
What happens with your data when you use EasyBillCheck. Effective July 19, 2026.
The short version
EasyBillCheck has no accounts and no login. We do not sell your personal information or save your electricity bills. Bill checks open directly on the official PITC portal. If you use an ENC lookup form, the Tracking ID or CNIC passes through our Cloudflare function to the official ENC portal and is discarded after the response.
ENC tracking and printing forms
The forms for tracking an application, printing an application form, and printing a Demand Notice send the details you enter to an EasyBillCheck server function. The function sends them to the official PITC ENC portal at enc.com.pk and returns a read-only copy of its response. The function does not write your Tracking ID or CNIC to a database, and the response is not saved. Do not enter these details on a shared device unless you trust the browser you are using.
The number you enter
When you tap Check Bill, your reference number or consumer ID is sent to the official PITC portal at bill.pitc.com.pk, and your bill opens there in a new tab. PITC is a third party that runs the official billing system, and its own policies apply to what happens on its site. We do not see or store the bill it shows you.
What stays on your device
To save you typing, the site keeps your last reference number, consumer ID, and company choice in your browser's local storage. This stays on your own device. It is not sent to us, and we cannot read it. To remove it, clear your browser's data for this site, and the form will be empty again.
Hosting logs
The site is hosted on Cloudflare Pages. Like most hosting providers, Cloudflare may keep technical logs and traffic analytics at the infrastructure level. Our ENC function does not intentionally log the form contents. Cloudflare's own policies apply to data processed by its infrastructure.
Advertising and cookies
The site may show advertising in the future, served by third parties such as Google. Ad providers may use cookies to show and measure ads, and some ads may be personalized based on your visits to this and other websites. You can read how Google uses cookies for advertising at policies.google.com/technologies/ads, and you can block or delete cookies in your browser settings at any time.
Children
This service is for adults managing electricity accounts. It is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly ask children to submit any information.
Changes
If this policy changes, we will update this page and the effective date at the top.
