View and Pay Your Demand Notice
Enter your Tracking ID to open your official Demand Notice. You can then pay it online, for LESCO consumers, or print it and pay at a designated bank.
Online Demand Notice payment is available for LESCO only. For other companies, print the Demand Notice and pay at a designated bank. Opens the official PITC portal (enc.com.pk) in a new tab. IESCO and FESCO use their own portals. We are not the government.
What This Is
For all distribution companies, the standard way to pay is to print your Demand Notice and pay the amount at a designated bank branch, then keep the stamped receipt. Online payment of the Demand Notice is currently offered for LESCO consumers only.
After paying, keep the bank acknowledgement or online receipt. Under NEPRA's consumer service rules, the company assigns the application's final connection priority after the Demand Notices are paid.
What You Need
- Your Tracking ID or Case ID,
- your printed Demand Notice (for a bank payment).
Before You Pay
- Match the application
- Check that the applicant name, Tracking ID or Case ID, connection type, and premises match your application.
- Read the due date
- The Demand Notice should show its payment deadline and the designated banks authorized to collect it.
- Use an official payment route
- Pay at a bank named on the notice or through the company's official online facility where one is provided. Do not pay a person who asks for cash outside these routes.
After You Pay
- Keep the acknowledgement
- The designated bank must issue an acknowledgement receipt. Keep the original and make a clear copy or photo.
- Upload only where offered
- If the official portal provides a receipt-upload service, use it with the Tracking ID and paid receipt. EasyBillCheck does not receive or store the file.
- Track the application
- Check the Tracking ID again after payment. Once the payment is recorded, the company can place the application in its final connection priority.
