EasyBillCheck

Track Your New Connection Application

Check where your new-connection or change application has reached, from document review to the survey, the Demand Notice, and installation.

Use the official ENC page instead

EasyBillCheck sends the details to the official PITC ENC portal and shows its read-only response here. We do not save the number. IESCO and FESCO use their own portals. We are not the government.

What This Is

After you apply for a new connection, the company gives you a Tracking ID (also called a Case ID). The tracking tool shows the live status of your case: whether your documents are under review, the survey is done, the Demand Notice is issued, or the connection is scheduled.

You can check the status again as the case moves through the official process. If your case stays at one stage and you need an update, contact your company's helpline with the Tracking ID.

What You Need

  • Your Tracking ID or Case ID (sent by SMS when you applied), or
  • the CNIC you applied with.

What the Status Can Show

Under NEPRA's consumer service rules, the Tracking ID or Case ID follows the application from submission to payment and connection work.

Application received
The company acknowledges the application and assigns its serial number, Tracking ID, or Case ID.
More documents needed
If something is missing, the company may contact you by letter, online message, email, or telephone. Provide the requested document before expecting the case to move.
Demand Notice ready
The Demand Notice may be sent by email, post, or courier. You may also collect it or download it with the Tracking ID or Case ID.
Payment received
After the Demand Notice is paid, the company assigns the application's final priority number for the connection work.
Connection work
Once payment is acknowledged, the company must complete the connection within the time that applies to its connection category.

If Your Record Does Not Appear

Check the application type
New connections and change applications use different searches. A change application must be searched with its Tracking ID.
Check the company
Choose the company that accepted the application. IESCO and FESCO use their separate ENC portals. MEPCO directs new applicants to its Smart App, PowerSmart App, or a Customer Facilitation Centre.
Use the acknowledgement
If the record is still blank, contact the company's new-connection office and give the acknowledgement receipt, Tracking ID, CNIC, and application date.

Frequently Asked Questions

How do I track my new electricity connection?
Open the official portal, enter your Tracking ID or the CNIC used on the new-connection application, and the current status of the case is shown.
I lost my Tracking ID. Can I still track?
Yes. You can usually look up your application with the CNIC you applied with. If that does not work, call your company's helpline and give the CNIC and the address you applied for so they can find your case.
