What This Is

Under NEPRA's consumer service rules, the designated bank must issue an acknowledgement after it receives your Demand Notice payment. Keep that original receipt.

The official upload page gives you another way to send a copy of the receipt. EasyBillCheck does not receive, read, or store the file. The upload takes place on enc.com.pk.

What You Need

Your Tracking ID or Case ID,
a clear photo or scan of the paid bank receipt.

Prepare the Receipt

Use the bank acknowledgement: Upload the acknowledgement issued by the designated bank after payment. Do not upload an unpaid Demand Notice.
Show the full receipt: Take a clear, well-lit photo or scan. Keep the amount, payment date, bank stamp, and Tracking ID or Case ID readable where they appear.
Keep the original: Keep the original receipt after uploading the copy. You may need it if the payment does not appear against your application.

If the Upload Does Not Work

Do not pay twice: An upload error does not mean the bank payment failed. Check the stamped receipt and your application status before making another payment.
Contact the connection office: Take your Tracking ID or Case ID and the original bank receipt to the relevant new-connection office if the payment is still not recorded.
