Need a copy of the application form you submitted? Download and print it from the official portal with your Tracking ID.
EasyBillCheck sends the details to the official PITC ENC portal and shows its read-only response here. We do not save the number. IESCO and FESCO use their own portals. We are not the government.

This is a read-only copy of the response from enc.com.pk. Use the official page if you need to submit another action. If the applicant details are blank, check the number and application type, then try again.
What This Is
Once you have applied, you can print the completed application form for your own records or to take to the company office for the document verification step. It carries the details you submitted and your Tracking ID.
Keep a printed copy with your other connection papers; it is useful if you need to refer to your case later.
New Connection Document Checklist
Under NEPRA's consumer service rules, a standard new-connection application can require more than the short five-document lists shown on many websites.
- Ownership proof
- Provide the property document accepted by the company for the premises. Receiving an electricity connection does not itself prove property ownership.
- Owner's affidavit
- The owner gives the required affidavit on Rs. 50 non-judicial stamp paper about previous connections and unpaid electricity dues at the premises.
- CNIC copies
- Attach attested CNIC copies of the applicant and one witness.
- Tenant documents
- A tenant also needs the owner's No Objection Certificate, ownership proof, the owner's affidavit, and an attested copy of the owner's CNIC.
- Map, plan, or NOC
- An approved map, site plan, layout plan, or civic-authority NOC may be required. NEPRA's rules list exemptions for some approved schemes, rural areas, and older settlements.
- Wiring test report
- The report must be issued by the Electric Inspector or an authorized wiring contractor.
Before You Submit the Printout
- Read every entry
- Check the applicant name, CNIC, address, load, connection type, and mobile number before giving the form to the company.
- Keep the Tracking ID
- Write the Tracking ID on your own copy. You will need it to track the case and download the Demand Notice.
- Take verification documents
- For an online application, the applicant or an authorized representative may still be asked to visit the company office with original or attested documents before the connection is energized.
